Product Introduction

The Crankshaft Forging Steel is one of the most typical and important parts in the engine. Its function is to convert the gas pressure transmitted by the piston connecting rod into torque, output work as power, drive other working mechanisms, and drive the auxiliary equipment of the internal combustion engine to work. This means severe acceleration and deceleration with high bending deflection, high torque and vibration shocks, which will result in very high and variable stresses. 

Such extreme stresses require careful design and calculations, selection of appropriate materials, and batch processing. These stresses are concentrated at the fillet radii between the bearing journals and the balance weight webs and at the oil holes, so special attention needs to be paid to the machining of these locations.
